摘要
在分析国内外超临界CO2技术研究现状的基础上,论述了超临界CO2萃取技术在食品工业、香料工业和中草药等天然产物的研究与开发中的应用现状及优越性,并就夹带剂对超临界CO2萃取然产物的作用及过程的经济特性进行了初步分析,提出了应用超临界CO2萃取技术进行天然产物的研究与开发的对策。
Based on the introductions of the domestic and overseas developments of supercritical CO2 extraction technology,the authors expounded the situation and superiority of supercritical CO2 extraction technology applied in the research and development of natural products in food industry,perfume and essence industry as well as Chinese Herbal medicines industry,and preliminarily analyzed the effect of entrainers on the extraction and economy of extraction process,and put forward some countermeasures for the research and development of natural products using supercritical CO2 extraction technology.
