摘要 介绍浙江凤凰化工股份有限公司建成的一套 10 0 0m3/h甲醇裂解转化及变压吸附制氢装置的基本原理、工艺流程以及各种操作参数和装置的特点 ,分析了吸附法的经济特性相对于其它方法的优越性。 A 1000 m 3/h hydrogen production unit by methanol cracking and PSA has been completed in Zhejiang Phoenix Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Its basic principle,process flow chart, operation parameters and equipment features are given in this paper. The economical advantages of adsorption method over others are also analyzed.
