摘要
在分析国内外超临界CO2技术研发现状的基础上,论述了超临界CO2萃取技术在食品工业、香料工业和中草药等天然产物的研究与开发中的应用现状及优越性,并就夹带剂对超临界CO2萃取天然产物的作用及过程的经济特性进行了初步分析,提出了应用超临界CO萃取技术进行天然产物的研究与开发的对策。
Based on the introductions of the domestic and overseas developing circumstance of supercritical CO2 extraction technology, this paper expounded the situation and superiority of supercritical CO2 extraction technology applied in the exploit research of natural products such as foods industry, perfume and essence industry as well as Chinese Herbal medicines, and preliminarily analyzed the effect of entrainers on the extraction and economy of extraction process, and put forward countermeasures for the exploit research of natural products applying supercritical CO2 extraction technology.
