孕妇血清PAPP-A和VCAM-1水平与妊娠期高血压疾病的关系 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨PAPP-A和VCAM-1在妊娠期高血压疾病发病中的作用。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法测60例正常孕妇和60例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇(其中妊娠期高血压30例,子痫前期20例,子痫10例)血清中PAPP-A和VCAM-1水平。结果:子痫前期、子痫患者PAPP-A和VCAM-1水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),子痫前期、子痫患者PAPP-A和VCAM-1有显著相关性(r=0.83)。结论:PAPP-A和VCAM-1在妊娠期高血压疾病发病中起重要作用。
