摘要
目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、D-二聚体(D-D)在早发型子痫前期中的含量变化及其临床意义。方法选取早发型子痫前期患者(早发型子痫前期组)、正常妊娠晚孕孕妇(正常妊娠组)、体检正常的非孕妇女(非孕组)各50例,测定hs-CRP、D-D含量。结果 hs-CRP、D-D水平早发型子痫前期组、正常妊娠组高于非孕组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),早发型子痫前期组亦高于正常妊娠组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),轻度早发型子痫前期患者hs-CRP、D-D水平明显低于重度早发型子痫前期患者,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);hsCRP与D-D的水平变化之间存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论早发型子痫前期患者hs-CRP与D-D含量较正常妊娠晚期孕妇升高,随着病情加重变化更为明显,早发型子痫前期患者hs-CRP、D-D含量变化可能与疾病发病相关。
Objective： To study the allergic C- reactive protein（ hs- CRP）,D- dimer（ D- D） content changes in early- onset preeclampsia and its clinical significance. Methods： Select early- onset preeclampsia patients（ early- onset preeclampsia group） and normal pregnancy late pregnant women（ normal pregnant group）,physical examination normal non pregnant women（ pregnant group） each 50 cases,the determination hs- CRP,D- D levels. Results： The hs- CRP,D- D levels early- onset preeclampsia group,the group is higher than nonpregnant normal pregnancy group,the comparative differences statistically significant（ P 0. 05）, early- onset preeclampsia group is higher than normal pregnancy group,the comparative differences statistically significant（ P 0. 05）,hs- CRP,D- D levels significantly lower than the severe early- onset preeclampsia patients,comparing differences statistically significant（ P 0. 05）; the level of hs- CRP and D- D change between positive correlation（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The hs- CRP and D- D content of early- onset preeclampsia patients than normal third trimester pregnant women is higher,with the aggravation of change is more apparent,early- onset preeclampsia hs- CRP,D- D content changes may be associated with disease.
