摘要
冠心病的发生与动脉粥样硬化相关,急性冠状动脉综合征的发生机制是冠状动脉粥样硬化不稳定斑块破裂、血栓形成,发生不稳定型心绞痛或急性心肌梗死,并可引发心源性猝死。妊娠相关血浆蛋白A是一种锌结合金属蛋白酶,现用于妊娠晚期唐氏综合征的筛查,已有研究证明心血管系统也可产生妊娠相关血浆蛋白A。妊娠相关血浆蛋白A与冠心病和不稳定斑块的关系是近些年来研究的一大热点,也有一些研究关注于妊娠相关血浆蛋白A对未来心血管事件风险的预测作用。本文对目前关于妊娠相关血浆蛋白A与冠心病的关系及其对未来心血管事件的预测价值的研究进展作一综述。
Coronary heart disease (CHD)is associated with atherosclerosis.The pathogenesis of acute coronary syndrome is the rupture of unstable plaque and thrombosis in coronary atherosclerosis,which leads to unstable angina pectoris or acute myocardial infarction.Pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A (PAPP-A)is a zinc-binding matrix metalloproteinase,screening for Down's syndrome in late pregnancy:studies have shown that the cardiovascular system can also produce PAPP-A.The relationship between PAPP-A and coronary CHD and unstable plaque is a hot topic in recent years;there have also been studies focusing on the role of PAPP-A in predicting future risk of cardiovascular events.The article reviews the current research progress on the relationship between PAPP-A and CI-ID and its predictive value for future cardiovascular events.
