摘要
为了检测杨梅的抗突变作用，以小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核为指标，检测了新鲜杨梅果汁对亚硝酸钠和Ｎ－甲基苄胺致微核突变的抑制作用。结果表明。
For the investgation of the anti-mutation effect of Myrica rubra, the micronucleus of the polychromatic erythrocytes of mice marrow has been used as the index. The inhibiting action of the fresh Myrica rubra juice to the micronucleus mutation caused by sodium nitrite and N-methyl benzylamine has been detected. The result showes that the juice can obviously inhibit the mutagenesis action of sodium nitrite and N-methyl benzylamine.
