摘要
为研究S86 3天然果蔬饮料对小鼠肝脏自由基代谢及耐力运动能力的影响 ,本实验采用小鼠力竭游泳为运动疲劳模型 ,将 10 0只成年健康雄性小鼠随机分为对照组、实验组、对照游泳组和实验游泳组。观察各组小鼠肝脏超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量及肝脏超微结构的变化。实验结果表明 :实验游泳组小鼠的游泳时间比对照游泳组小鼠的游泳时间显著延长 (P <0 0 0 1)。实验组小鼠肝脏超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,丙二醛 (MDA)含量则显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。实验游泳组与对照游泳组小鼠肝脏超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而丙二醛 (MDA)含量则与对照游泳组有非常显著的差异 (P <0 0 0 1) ,肝脏超微结构的变化也表现出同样的规律。这些结果表明 :S86 3天然果蔬饮料对超氧阴离子自由基具有极强的清除能力 ,能有效抑制脂质过氧化反应 。
For studying the effects of S863 Natural Fruiable Beverage on Metabolism of liver Free Radicals and the tolerance in the ability of swimming mice. The exhausting mice were modeled out of athletic fatigue to perfect the experiment. 100 mature mice were random organized into control group,beverage unswimming group,swimming group and beverage swimming group. Then observing the activities of SOD and the changes of the content of MDA and the ultrastructure variety of livers in group mouse. The result shows that:The swimming time of beverage swimming group remarkable prolonged than swimming group( P <0 001). It is obvious higher about the activities of SOD in livers of control group than the beverage unswimming group( P <0 05) and the content of MDA and remarkable lower( P <0 01). But beverage swimming group compared with swimming group,there and no big difference activities of SOD( P >0 05). There and remarkable difference of content of MDA( P <0 001) and the ultrastructure variety of livers also display in the same way. All the facts show that:the S863 Natural Fruiable Beverage Contains powerful abilities of free radical scavenger and reducing the reaction of PLO effectively.
