摘要
采用常规紫外线诱变处理真养产碱杆菌H16,获得高效利用葡萄糖产聚β-羟基丁酸(PHB)的突变株。摇瓶发酵试验证明,突变株耐糖程度及其积累PHB的能力均优于亲株H16。PHB积累量达10g/L以上。
Mutants which could produce poly-β-hydroxybutyric acid (PHB)with glucose as thesole carbon source derived from Alcaligenes eutrophus H16 by UV treatment were obtained. Theflask fermentation resutls showed that the extent of saccharide tolerance and PHB accumulationof the mutants was superior to the parent strain H16.The yield of PHB was more than 10g/L.
