摘要
芽孢并非细菌生活史不可缺少的部分.它的形成受环境因素的影响.PHB(聚β-羟基丁酸)是在营养丰富(尤其C/N比值高)时,在细胞内积累的一种贮藏物质.当营养缺乏,细菌细胞可以利用这些贮藏物质作为碳源和能源.Bac.cereus在以3%葡萄糖为碳源,0.6%蛋白胨为氮源的培养基中,菌体生长旺盛,PHB积累多,芽孢形成晚.一定浓度磷酸盐和镁离子利于菌体生长和PHB积累.离心洗涤的细胞悬浮在蒸馏水中,在5h内补入葡萄糖,会使芽孢形成过程逆转,芽孢数减少.连续传代,可以降低芽孢形成能力.
Spore is not a necessary part of bacterial life cycle and effected by many environmental factors. When the nutrients in the media is rich,especially high ratio of carbon to nitrogen,a large quantities of organic polymers as reservoir for many bacteria cells. As the nutrients are depleted,the bacterial cells use the reservoir as Carbon source and nitrogen source. In this study the relationship between spore formation and PHB synthesis by B. cereus was examined. When the growth media contained 3% glucose (Carbon source) and 0. 6%peptone(nitrogen source),B. cereus growed well and a large amount of PHB occurred in the bacterial cells. Under the conditions,spore formation took place more slowly than those under other conditions. The suitable amount of and Mg ̄(2+)in the media could promote the cell growth and accumulation of PHB in the bacterium cell respectively.
