摘要
微生物的固定化技术是微生物发酵领域研究的重点和热点之一。阐述传统的微生物固定化技术,并对固定化微生物在食品加工中的最新应用做介绍,另外还对固定化微生物在食品加工中的应用前景和发展趋势进行总结。
Microbial immobilization technique is the key and hotspots research field in fermentation engineering.This paper expounds the traditional technique of immobilized microbe,and the immobilized microorganism in food processing application is introduced.In addition to the immobilized microorganism in food processing in the application prospect and development trend undertook summarizing.
