摘要
本文采用水热反应研制了钛酸铅晶体粉末.以工业原料和常用试剂TiCl4,Ph(NO3)2和KOH为基础原料,通过水热前驱物Pb(OH)2和TiO(OH)2进行水热合成PbTiO3晶体粉末的研究.实验结果表明,在200℃,水热时间40min,KOH浓度在0.1~0.76mol/L之间将有效合成.当KOH浓度在0.9~1.5mol/L范围内,产物的X光衍射谱上PbTiO3的峰高明显下降,出现PbOx(X>1)当KOH浓度进一步提高,PbTiO3的峰消失.在150~200℃温度范围的实验表明,合成(包括晶化)过程需在200℃,水热时间40min以上本文提出了水热合成的机理。
The hydrothermal synthesis of crystalline powder of lead titanate was studied.The precursors of Pb(OH)2 and Tio(OH)2 prepared from industrial product TiCl4 and ordinary reagent Pb(NO3)2 and KOH were treated hydrothermally. The results showed that PbTiO3 was formed at 200℃ for 40min with KOH concentration in the range of 0.1~0.76mol/L. The X-ray diffeaction peak for lead titanate decreased obviously for KOH in the range of 0.9~1.5mol/L,and some peaks of PbO3 (x>) appeared. The peak of PbTiO3 disappeared when the KOH concentration increased further. In the experimental temperature range of 150-200℃, the time of hydrothermal treatment (including crystallization) must belonger than 40min. A hydrothermal synthesis mechanism was suggested to explain the experimental results reasonably.
