摘要
对固定化根霉发酵乳酸的研究结果表明,用海藻酸钙法包埋根霉R-291孢子,经萌发增殖培养后凝胶颗粒具有较好的机械强度,产酸速率可达4g·h-1·L-1。
his paper discusses technique of producing L-lactic acid by immobilized rhizopus.The experiment results show that using alginic acid get to immobilize the spores of rhizopus R-2-91 and then culturing them for sprout and reproduction,we can get gel beads with good strenghth which can produce L-lactic acid in productivity of 4g·h-1·L-1.
