摘要
用波长扫描现场椭圆偏振光谱方法研究了镍电极上的电化学反应。ν_(op)光谱以及拟合椭圆偏振实验数据证明,镍电极表面膜可用单层有效介质膜模型描述;椭圆偏振光谱法可用于表面分析。
Electrochemical reaction which occurred on the surface of nickel electrode was studied by ellipsometric spectrometry with wavelength sweep. Experimental results of V_op(optical tracking rate) and fitting to ellipsometric parameters indicated that single layer effective medium model was suitable to film system on nickel. An example of surface analysis with ellipsometric spectrometry was given.
