摘要
目的:对饲料中三聚氰胺的干扰物进行鉴别和确证。方法:采用HPLC-DAD二极管阵列检测器特征吸收波长扫描,鉴别三聚氰胺与干扰物质,然后运用液质联用技术确证干扰物。结果:干扰物质出峰保留时间与三聚氰胺相同或接近,最大吸收波长260 nm,运用液质联用技术确证为赖氨酸。结论:在运用高效液相色谱法对饲料中三聚氰胺进行检测时,要注意鉴别赖氨酸的干扰,减少假阳性的产生,必要时必须运用质谱技术进行确证。
Objective:To identify and comfirm the interference material of melamine in feed.Methods:Using the HPLC-DAD detector scanning the characteristic absorption wavelength to identification the melamine and the interfering substances and then confirming the interference materials by the LC-MS techniques.Results:The retention time of the interfering substances is the same or close to the melamine and the maximum absorption wavelength at 260 nm and confirmed it is lysine by LC-MS techniques.Conclusion:The use of high-performance liquid chromatography method to detect melamine in feed must pay attention to identify the interference of lysine to reduce the production of false positives and must be confirmed by mass spectrometry technology if necessary.
