摘要
研究小麦籽粒品质性状的亲子相关表明:在 F_1代和 F_2代,籽粒蛋白质含量及干、湿面筋含量与中亲值和低亲值均呈显著或极显著正相关。Zeleny 沉淀值在 F_1代与高亲值、中亲值及低亲值的正样关均不显著,在 F_2代,与高亲值和中亲值呈极显著正相关。F_2对 F_1仅仅干面筋含量呈极显著正相关。F_3家系对 F_2单株除湿面筋含量外,籽粒蛋白质含量、Zeleny 沉淀值和干面筋含量在多数组合中呈显著或极显著正相关。小麦籽粒品质性状的遗传力因材料和方法而异。表现为中等偏上,其排列顺序为:籽粒蛋白质含量>面筋含量>Zeleny 沉淀值。小麦籽粒品质性状在 F_2分离群体和 F_3混合群体的遗传表现基本一致,呈连续性分布,且存在超亲分离现象。籽粒蛋白质含量和干、湿面筋含量以偏低亲和近中亲分布为主,Zeleny 沉淀值以偏高亲和超高亲分布为主。
Studies on parent-offspring correlation of grain quality characters showed that:grain pro- tein content(GPC).dry gluten content(DGC)and wet gluten content(WGC)in F_1 generation and F_2 generation were positively or highly positively correlated with mid-parent values and low parent values. Zeleny sedimentation value(SV)in F_1 was not positively correlated with high parrent values,mid-parent values and low parent values.However,Zeleny SV in F_2 was highly and positively correlated with high parent values and mid-parent values.The correlation of DGC between F_2 and F_1 was highly significant.In most orosses among F_3 lines and F_2 plants,the correlations of GPC.Zeleny SV and DGC were significant or highly significant except to WGC.The heritabilities estimated according to different methods and mate- rials varied,The heritabilities of grain protein content,gluten content and Zeleny sedimentation value de- creased in this order.Grain quality characters distribution of F_2 and F_3 plants resembled normal distribu- tions,but grain protein content,dry and wet gluten content slightly tended to the low parent,while Zele- ny sedimentation value tended to the high parent.Mean grain protein content,mean dry and wet gluten content of F_2 and F_3 population were intermediate between the parents or lower than the mid-parent,mean Zeleny sedimentation value of F_2 and F_3 population were higher than the mid-parent or over the high par- ent.
