摘要
研究4个不同类型小麦杂交组合亲本和F1代籽粒直链淀粉含量的平均表现,亲子相关和F2代不同单株籽粒直链淀粉含量的变异范围及其分布规律。结果表明:(1)母本平均值与F1代组合平均值的相关程度较高,对F1组合评价有一定作用;中亲值和F1代组合平均值与F2代单株籽粒平均值达到显著或极显著正相关,对F2分离群体直链淀粉含量的整体水平有一定预见性;(2)4个组合F2代不同单株籽粒的直链淀粉含量均呈连续性分布,但分布规律有所不同;(3)当本研究试图以直链淀粉含量≤20%为低直链淀粉品系筛选的参考值时,双亲直链淀粉含量“高×低”、“低×高”和“低×低”三种类型组合均有一定利用价值,其中“低×低”组合的利用价值高于其他类型组合。
Amylose content,its average performance,parent offspring correlation in F 1 and variation range and distribution regularity in F 2 single plant in four wheat crosses (Triticum aestivum) were evaluated in this paper.The results showed:(1) the mean amylose contents of female parents were highly correlated with those of F 1 crosses,while MP and mean of F 1 crosses were significantly (p<0 05 or p<0 01) correlated with those of F 2 single plant,which could be used for the evaluation of the performance of F 1 crosses and for prediction of the overall level of amylose contents in F 2 separating population respectively.(2) grain amylose contents of F 2 single plant in 4 different crosses gave a likely continuous distribution,although their distribution regularity were different.(3) if the amylose contents <20% was designed as the limit for low amylose content wheat varieties,all the crosses of 'H×L'(High×Low),'L×H' and 'L×L' could be used in the selection of noodle quality with low amylose contents,although 'L×L' crosses were the best ones.
