摘要
选择在黑龙江省主栽的9个小麦品种,在肥密一致的情况下,对9个品种的产量和品质指标进行比较。结果表明,9个品种在产量指标上存在明显差异;9个品种的加工品质指标之间存在差异,3个高产品种的品质指标并无明显差异;龙麦26和龙麦30达到中筋小麦粉标准,其余品种只满足弱筋小麦粉标准。综合产量和品质分析结果,北麦2号适宜在黑龙江省东部地区种植。
Nine varieties of mainly planted wheat in Heilongjiang province was selected, the yield and quality index were compared on the base of the same fertilizer input and planting density. The results indicated that there was obvious difference on the yield index of different varieties. There was difference on the processing quality index among nine varieties. There was no obvious difference on quality index among the high yield varieties. Longmai 26 and Longmai 30 were accorded with the standard of middling gluten flour, other varieties were accorded only with the standard of weak gluten flour. Beimai 2 could be planted aptly in the east region of Heilongjiang province.
