摘要
以6个小麦品种(系)组配的6个杂交组合F1为供试材料,对其籽粒品质性状进行了杂种优势、性状相关和亲子相关分析。结果表明:(1)粉质参数中的形成时间和稳定时间杂种优势最强,分别为56.49%和32.23%;籽粒蛋白质含量和硬度的优势最弱,分别为-2.73%和-0.9046%;沉淀值和湿面筋含量的优势居中,分别为6.88%和5.88%。(2)粉质参数中的吸水率、稳定时间同其它几个指标之间呈显著或极显著相关;沉淀值与籽粒蛋白质含量呈正相关,但不显著,与湿面筋含量呈显著负相关;湿面筋含量与籽粒蛋白质含量呈显著负相关。(3)杂种F1的籽粒Zeleny沉淀值与高亲值,低亲值和中亲值呈显著和极显著正相关;籽粒蛋白质含量和湿面筋含量与高亲值,低亲值和中亲值呈负相关或不相关。
The heterosis,the characteristics correlation and parentoffspring correlation of seed Quality of 6 wheat cultivars (lines) and their 6 hybrids F1 were analyzed.The results were as follows:(1) The dough development time and stability showed a marked heterosis over midparental values by 54.49% and 32.23%,while seed protein content and hardness showed a negative by -2.73% and -0.9046%.The sedimentation value and wet gluten content,by 6.88% and 5.88%,manifested only a slight degree of heterosis,which ranked the middle.(2) The flour water absorption and dough stability time correlated greatly with other qualities.The sedimentation value positively correlated with protein content,but not significantly,while significantly positively correlated with wet gluten content,and wet gluten content significantly negatively correlated with protein content.(3) Zeleny sedimentation in F1 was positively or highly positively correlated with high parent values,low parent values and midparent values.However,grain protein content and wet gluten content was negatively correlated or not correlated with high parent values and midparent values.
