应用斯氏线虫大面积防治桃小食心虫 被引量:12

LARGE SCALE APPLICATION OF THE NEMATODE STEINERNEMA CARPOCAPSAE AGRIOTES AGAINST PEACH FRUIT BORERS CARPOSINA NIPPONENSIS WALSINGHAM IN APPLE ORCHARDS

摘要 1993年在山东省寿光、泰安、淄博的苹果园大面积施用线虫 Steinernema carpocapsae Agriotes防治桃小食心虫 Carposina nipponensis Walsingham,并作不同线虫剂量的比较试验,同时测定的土温、气温和相对湿度。结果表明,在299公顷苹果园,每公顷施用线虫15亿,在适宜的温、湿度(土温26.2℃-27.1℃,气温25.5℃-29.5℃,相对湿度80%-89%)条件下,桃小食心虫的累计卵果率为0.4%~0.5%;而在气温过高,较干燥(土温为26.5℃~29℃,气温29.5℃~34℃,相对湿度为76.8%)条件下,桃小食心虫累计卵果率为2.4%。每公顷施用7.5亿和3.75亿线虫的果园,桃小食心虫的累计卵果率为1.5%~2.9%。以常规药剂处理的累计卵果率为1.5%和2.1%。清水对照的累计卵果率为2.8%与3.8%。说明应用昆虫病原线虫防治桃小食心虫能获得好的效果,值得大力推广。 In 1993 we controlled peach fruitborer Carposina nipponensis Walsingham in the apple orchards with nematode Steinernema carpocapsae Agriotes in a large scale in Shandong Province,the total treated areas were 299 hectares.The results showed that under the fitted conditions during spring nematodes(soil temperature from 26.2℃to 27.1℃,air temperature from 25.5℃to 29.5℃ and air relative humidity from 80% to 89%),the accumulated rate of apple fruits with eggs of peach fruitborer 20 days after treatment with 15×108 nematodes per hectare were from 0.4% to 0. 5%;by contrast ,under unfitted conditions during spring nematodes(soil temperature from 26.5℃ to 29℃,air temperature from 29.5℃to 34℃,air relative humidity was 76.8%),the accumulated rate of apple fruits with eggs of peach fruit-borer 20 days after treatment with 15×108 nematodes per hectare was 2.4%.And the accumulated rate of apple fruits with eggs of the pests after treatment with 735×108 nematodes per hectare and 3.75×108 nematodes per hectare were from 1.5% to 2.9%.At the same time,the accumulated rate of apple fruits with eggs of the pest by the normal chemical insecticides for controlling C. nipponensis were 1.5% and 2.1% respectively;the orchards of the check test just with water spring,the accumulated rate of apple fruits with eggs of peach fruitborer were 2.8% and 3.8% respectively.Within this result we suggest that the control of C.nipponensis with nematodes will greatly reduce the use of insecticides in orchards in China,it will certainly play a large part in reducing environmental disruption and pollution as well as avoiding the ever threatening development of insecticide resistance.
