摘要
本试验采用昆虫病原线虫泰山1号Heterorhabditis ap.对苹果树桃小食心虫(以下简称桃小)Carposina nipponensis W.进行了较大面积的田间防治试验。结果表明,该线虫对桃小寄生致死率高达92％,桃小蛀果率被控制在0.3％,证明了利用线虫防治害虫的可能性。
In 1987,an experiment of the application of entomopathogenicnematode Taishan 1(Heterorhabditis sp.),isolated by the author fromoverwintering peach fruit borer(PFB)Carposina nipponensis Walsingh-am larvae and could be mass reared in artificial media,against thisimportant apple insect pest was conducted in a 200 mu apple orchard.The result showed that 92% of the PFB larvae were parasitized by thisnematode,and the bored apple fruit rate decreased to 0.3%,The opti-mum spraying time and number,and nematode concentration were de-termined.It is suggested that this nematode can also be used for othersoil insect pests control.
