摘要
研究了12种物质对昆虫病原线虫Steinernema carpocapsae A11品系的抗干燥保护作用。这些物质在试验浓度下对线虫和小菜蛾3龄幼虫的存活以及对线虫的侵染率都无显著影响。线虫加入抗干燥剂后经滤纸干燥法处理和叶面喷洒试验结果都表明,甘油和黄原胶的抗干燥保护作用最好。
Twelve chemicals were screened for the adhesive property and the anti-desiccation ability for Steinernema carpocapsae A11 strain.The tested chemicals showed neither adverse effects on the survival of S.carpocapsae A11 and the third-instar larvae of DBM,nor adverse effects on the infection rate of S.carpocapsae A11.Among all chemicals tested,glycerin and xanthan are promising as anti-desiccants for field application,when tested in growth cabinet and sprayed on cabbage leaf.
