摘要
应用一定浓度的水溶性粘合剂POA与病原线虫混合 ,可提高线虫的存活率、毒力及对寄主的致死速度。LRT50 为 0 .74,共毒系数大于 1 0 0 ,混剂增效显著。田间防治龟背天牛、桑天牛的效果比单用病原线虫提高 1 0 - 2 5%。
This paper has been introduced that one kind of water dissolving binder POA have been used mixing with entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema carpocapsae A 24 . POA water suspension in certain concentration:1:80, 1:120, and 1:160 as a contrast; nematode in the same concentration 10000 nematodes/ml. The results proved that two concentrations POA all can raise the survival rate of nematodes 15.2%(1:80)-20%(1:120) in the second hour respectively. The infect ability of nematodes also enhanced greatly, and the host mortality was increased obviously. Yellow mealworm Tenebrio molitor has been tested using nematode only, LT 50 =77.49, using nematode with POA LT 50 =57.4,the LRT 50 is 0.74. The efficiency of field trial for control litchi longhorn beetle and mulberry longhorn beetle raised 10 25% compared with only using nematode. POA is one kind of synergist having utilization value.
