关于核仁组成区的研究概况 被引量:4

摘要 细胞核的核仁是由位于某些染色体上特殊部位的核仁组成区(Nucleolar Organizer Region NOR)所产生。在人类的染色体组中,D组的第13、14对及G组的第21、22对染色体的短臂上有明显的次缢痕区,认为该处即是核仁组成区。
