摘要
本文对甲状腺癌、腺瘤及非典型增生细胞进行AgNOR计数与DNA倍体分析。结果表明从正常甲状腺滤泡细胞及甲状腺腺瘤至非典型增生及甲状腺癌细胞AgNOR均数及DNA多倍体或非整倍体均随病变程度的加重而递增,两者相关有显著性(r=O.7,P<0.01)。甲状腺癌≥6C细胞高达25.6%,直方图趋于弥散、低平或多峰形。对此,我们认为AgNOR计数和DNA含量的检测均能反映甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞不同程度的增殖状态。
this paper deals with the diagnosis of thyroid cancer ,adenoma and atypical hyperplasia determined with AgNOR count and DNA euploid. Our findings are:The AgNOR main count of normal thyroid follicle cells ,of thyroid adenoma ,of thyroid cancer of atypical hyperplasia and of thyroid cancer ,the DNA polyloid and the non -euploid go up along with the seriousness of lesion ,bearing a marked correlation (P<0. 0I) ;when thyroid cancer=6C , the 6C cell reaches 25. 6% and the histogram tends to be diffuse ,low--flat or spiky in shape. The authors believe that AgNOR count and DNA content can predict the crescendo state of the epithelial cells of the thyroid follocles at different stage.
