铝压铸浇注系统的浇口套、分流锥、压射冲头等易耗件 ,经过离子注渗碳化钨后 ,由于碳化钨陶瓷的作用 ,在提高高温力学性能、抗蚀性能及耐磨性能的同时 ,提高寿命 2 .7～ 7.
The ingate sleeve,punch,divider of ingate system for Al alloy in die casting with WC ionic infiltration can not only increase mechanical properties at high temperature,corrosion resistance and wear resistance but also improve 2.7～7.2 times of the service life.
