Surface Modification by Steam Treatment in Vacuum Technique

摘要 提出了在真空状态下对材料表面进行水蒸汽气氛加热处理,并结合化学预钝化的新型水蒸汽表面改性工艺。经该工艺处理的工具钢、马氏体类不锈铜及奥氏体不锈钢,其耐蚀性都达到或超过了0Cr18Ni9Ti的水平。X射线表面分析表明,新工艺处理试样表面膜的组成主要为Fe_3O_4、FeCr_2O_4及一定量的FeOOH,而传统水蒸汽处理试样表面膜中,除含有Fe_3O_4外,还有相当数量的FeO。FeO的存在被认为是造成耐蚀性低的主要原因。 A new technique, surface modification by steam treatment in vacuum after chemical pre passivation, was introduced. Corrosion resistances of Materials such as tool steel, martensite stainless steel or autenite stainless steel treated by this method were better than that of 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, results of x-ray surface analysis showed that compositions of the surface film obtained by new thchnique, mainly being composed of Fe_3O_4 and FeCr_2O_4, together with some FeOOH, were different from that of the surface film obtained by traditional method, in which, there were a lot of FeO. It was believed that the existance of FeO in the surface film was the major reason why the corrosion resistance of material decreased.
