摘要
从压铸模具钢 3Cr2W8V和 4Cr5MoSiV1 (H1 3)的材质和热处理工艺方面分析了提高压铸模寿命的途径。认为选择电渣熔铸钢 ,采用合理的预处理、热处理工艺 ,以及在压铸生产过程中进行消除应力回火 ,通过模具的表面强化和防粘模处理能显著提高压铸模的使用寿命。此外 ,对模具延寿工作的趋势进行了展望。
The way of raising service life for die casting die in China was analyzed from the aspects of tool steel 3Cr2W8V, 4C r5MoSiV1(H13) and heat treatment technologies. The service life of die casting d ie can be significantly raised by the use of electroslag remelting cast steel, r ational pre treatment , heat treatment, and stress relief tempering, die surfac e strengthening and soldering resistance treatment. The developing tendency of p rolonging service life of the die was predicted.
