摘要
应用七神凝集素ConA、DBA、PNA、RCA-1、SWGA、UEA-1、和WGA 为探针,通过组化方法,观察了兔子宫内膜在着床期间糖复合物表达的变化。发现在植入期(D_4～D_7)内膜表面DBA、SWGA 和WGA 受体含量变化不明显。植入时(D_7)PNA 受体增加,而RCA、ConA 和UEA-1受体均见减少。结果表明在着床期间子宫内膜表面糖有规律性改变。提示子宫内膜糖的变化与胚泡着床有关。
By histochemical techniques the authors studied the expression of carbohydrate on rabbitendometrium at the stage of peri-implantation.Lectins(including ConA,DBA,PNA,RCA-1,SWGA,UEA-1,and WGA)were used as probes.The results showed that the expression of WGAand SWGA receptors and DBA receptor did not change at pre-and implantation stages.But at D_7,RCA-1,ConA and UEA-1 receptors were decreased,while that of PNA was increased.These resultsindicate that changes of carbohydrate expression of rabbit endometrium occurred during peri-implantation.The relationship between carbohydrate expression and the cytoblast implantation werediscussed.
