摘要
本文以六种凝集素为探针通过组化方法对输卵管粘膜糖复合物进行了定位与定性的研究。发现有些凝集素如RCA-I、PNA、DBA、UEA-I在月经的不同时期与输卵管粘膜结合特性有变化。提示这种变化可能与激素作用有关。输卵管壶腹部妊娠时其粘膜凝集素结合特性的变化与宫内早孕时子宫内膜的变化相似;而在宫内早孕时输卵管粘膜则未见这种改变,仍保持分泌期的结合特性。提示胚泡的局部作用对子宫或输卵管内膜于孕卵植入部位糖复合物表达有影响。
The carbohydrate histochemistry of human.endosalpinx was examined by the use of six biotinylated lectins. The binding patterns of some lectins-eg, RCA -I、PNA、DBA varied during different functional stages. The endosalpinx of ampullary pregnancy displayed the same staining pattern as the endometrium of early uterine pregnancy. However the endosalpinx of early uterine gestation didn't show such change, it maintained the binding pattern of the secretory phase. Theal results suggested that the changes of human endosalpinx carbohydrate were related not only to the ovarian hormones but also to the local effect of embryonic implantation. The carhohydrate on the surface of endosalpinx or endometrium was related to the implantation of embryo.
