摘要
对教育教学质量实施监控的有效手段是评估。高等学校特别是基层电大进行教育教学质量监控的基础性工作是开展课程教学质量评估。本文据此提出电大实施的现代远程教育进行课程教学质量评估的原则 ,指标体系的确立 。
One of the effective measures of monitoring quality of education and teaching is evaluation. To evaluate quality of teaching is a foundational work for grass_roots RTV university monitoring quality of education and teaching.This paper discusses the principles ,targets, procedure of evaluation.
