摘要
高校科研工作的成败,科研管理起着导向作用,而科研工作的好坏又直接影响到高校未来的发展.从目前高校科研管理中存在的问题研究出发,提出高校科研管理的目标以及搞好高校科研工作应采取的量化体系及其措施.
To the success and failure of scientific research in higher institutions, administration of scientific research has guidance function. Development of scientific research affects the future of higher institutions. This paper puts forward the aim of scientific research administration and adopt the measure of quantitative system in higher institutions in regard to some existing problems in scientific administration.
