摘要
高校建立科学的科技评估指标体系,是作好科技评估工作的重要依据.主要从科技评估的内涵,开展科技评估的重要性以及目前高校评估中存在的问题,提出高校应建立科学的评估体系以及对高校科技评估体系的几点建议.
The university sets up norm system of science and technology assessment, which is important basis for doing well. The author proposes that the university should set up scientific system of assessment of science and technology according to concept of science and technology assessment, the importance of developing science and technology assessment.
