过氧化氢/醋酸体系降解壳聚糖及其产物的抗菌活性研究 被引量:33

摘要 用过氧化氢 /醋酸体系降解壳聚糖制备不同分子量的甲壳低聚糖 ,这些样品用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC) ,碳 - 13核磁共振谱 ( 13C -NMR)分析表征。降解所得壳聚糖产物中有羧基生成 ,且随着分子量的降低 ,羧基含量增加。用微热量法来测量降解壳聚糖对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用 ,同时用平板法测水溶性壳聚糖抑制多种细菌的活性 ,结果表明 2 Chitosans with low molecular weight were prepared by H 2O 2/HAc,and characterized by gel permeation chromatography and 13 C-NMR.Their carboxylic contents increased with decrease in molecular weight (Mw) . Microcalorimetry was firstly used to study the kinetics of action of the chitosans on a strain of S.aureus at pH 7.The antibacterial activity of the water-soluble chitosan was also evaluated by the conventional agar plate method at pH 7.Less than 2% concentration of the water-soluble product could completely inhibit the growth of these bacteria.
