摘要
对广东省中医院及两个分院门诊部就诊的 30 4个门诊病人进行了问卷调查 ,对调查结果进行了分析探讨 ,总结了影响门诊医疗服务满意度的因素 ,并对提高门诊医疗服务满意度及优化门诊服务水平提出了建议与对策。
There were 304 outpatients investigated by spot-questionnaires in outpatient departments of Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital and its two affiliated hospitals.The results of the investigation were analyzed.And the factors affecting the outpatients’satisfaction were concluded.Moreover,some suggestions were given to optimize the services of outpatient departments so as to improve the satisfaction.
