摘要
目的:分析门诊患者对县医院的感受多维度情况,为医改提供有益参考和借鉴。方法:采用整群抽样和随机调查相结合的方法,利用自行设计问卷调查湖北省15家公立医院综合改革试点县级医院门诊患者感受多维度情况。结果:湖北省门诊患者综合感受多维度得分为3.95,不同就业状况的患者对候诊时间的评价具有显著的统计学差异,提示门诊患者对试点县医院总体感受多维度较好,个人属性在宏观上对门诊患者感受多维度的影响十分有限。结论:一切以病人为中心,进一步提高患者感受多维度,针对不同人群提供个性化的服务,加大宣传,提高门诊预约利用程度。
Objectives: To analysis of the multidimensional experiences of the county public hospital's patients and provide useful suggestions and references for health system reform. Methods: To investigate multidimensional experiences of out-patients in pilot hospitals of Public Hospital Comprehensive Reform,15 hospitals in Hubei province were chosen ,by using self-designed questionnaire and combining random investigation with cluster sampling. Results: Comprehensive multidimensional experiences score of out-patients in Hubei province was 3.95.Significant statistical differences were found not only in the evaluation of the waiting time between different employment statuses .It proves that out-patients feelings of mnltidimensional experiences of county hospital is pretty good, in addition, personal demographic differences have a quite limited influence in patient multidimensional experiences. Therefore, multidimensional experiences benchmark of out-patients in central China can be established. Conclusions: Patient-orienting should be insisted in order to further improve patient multidimensional experiences. Personalized Medical Services should be provided in view of the different group .More propaganda is needed to increase the promotion utilization degree of outpatient appointment.
