3~ 2 9℃之间每一温度梯度钉螺耗氧量平均增加 1.184× 10 - 4mg/ snail· h(95 %可信区间为 8.6 5× 10 - 5~ 1.5 0 3×10 - 4m g/ snail· h) ,2 9~ 36℃平均增加 2 .92× 10 - 5mg/ snail· h(95 %可信区间为 1.71× 10 - 5~4 .13× 10 - 5m g/ snail· h) ,后者升幅显著低于前者。
Objective To explore the rela ti onship between the environmental temperature and the oxygen demand of [WT5” BX]Oncomelania snails, and the relationship between the hiber nation or aestivation and the oxygen demand of snails.Me thods The oxygen demand of Oncomelaniasnails between 0 ℃ and 40 ℃ was determined by increasing the temperature gradually in lab, the relationship between the environmental tempera ture and the oxygen demand, and the correlative relationship between the oxygen demand and the percentage of snails in hibernation or aestivation were analysed. Results The oxygen demand increased as the tem perature rose between 1 ℃ and 36 ℃, and the regression equation between the oxygen demand and the variation of environmental temperature was [WT5”BX ]=6.6×10 -5-3×10 -6x+4.4×10 -6x2-8×10 -8x 3(R2=0.998,F=2775,P<0.01). When the environmen ta l temperature decreased under 3 ℃, the oxygen demand trended low and stable, an d the average oxygen demand of increased one degree centigrade was 1.184×10 -4 mg/snail·h between 3 ℃ and 29 ℃(95% of confidence interval: 8.65×1 0 -5~1.503×10 -4 mg/snail·h) and 2.92×10 -5 mg/s na il·h between 29 ℃ and 36 ℃(95% of confidence interval: 1.71×10 -5~4. 13 ×10 -5 mg/snail·h). Some of the snails died at 37 ℃. There was a li near regression relationship between the oxygen demand and the percentage of sna ils in hibernation (R2=0.928, F=102.28, P[ W T5”BZ]<0.01). As the temperature rose, the amplitude of the oxygen demand declined obviously, and the snails had the aestivation phenomenon when the tempe rature was over 35 ℃ and 27.78% snails in aestivation state at 40 ℃. Conclusion The oxygen demand increases as the temperatu re rises. However, either excessive coldness or excessive hotness significantly inhibits the oxygen metabolism. As the temperature decreases, the percentage of snails in hibernation increases and the oxygen demand decreases. When the temperature is high, the oxygen demand is inhibited significantly, and the perc entage of snails in aestivation increases but is not statistically significant. [
