摘要
目的研究低温环境对家兔血清蛋白、血糖和钙含量的影响。方法将家兔分为3个实验组 ,分别置于2、-4、-6℃的环境 ,对照组置于室温16℃ ,均放置30~60min后 ,取外周血检测血糖、血清蛋白和钙 ,并测肛温和心电图(ECG)。结果随环境温度下降 ,实验组血清蛋白、血糖和钙降低 ,与对照组相比差异显著 (P<0.05) ,同时肛温逐渐降低 ,ECG显示心肌缺血和心律失常。结论低温环境可致家兔血清蛋白。
Objective To study the effects of low-temperature environment on the contents of serum protein, serum calcium and blood sugar in rabbits. Methods The rabbits were divided into three experiment groups, which were exposed to environment at 2, -4 and -6 ℃ respectively and one control group exposed to environment at room temperature of 16 ℃. After exposure for 30~60 min, the peripheral blood samples were collected from rabbits for determination of levels of blood sugar, serum protein and calcium. The anal temperatures and ECG of rabbits were also examined. Results The levels of blood sugar, serum protein and calcium of rabbits in experiment groups decreased with the decrease of environmental temperatures, and revealed significant differences compared with those of control group(P<0.05). The decreasing anal temperature was also observed in experiment groups. The ECG of rabbits exposed to low-temperature environment indicated the myocardial anemia and arrhythmia. Conclusion Exposure to low- temperature environment might cause the imbalance of metabolism of blood sugar, serum protein and calcium, and the disturbance of blood circulation.
