摘要
随着高等职业教育的快速发展 ,必须构建与之相适应的德育工作领导体制与运行机制 .针对当前高职院校德育工作领导体制与运行机制存在的问题 ,提出了完善领导体制 ,强化目标管理机制、建立保障机制、完善考评机制、形成激励机制。
The higher vocational education is developing rapidly,and a leadership regime and an operation mechanism matching this development have to be constructed.In view of the existing problems in these fields,the author puts forward a systematic strategy of construction which includes:improving and perfecting the leadership regime,strengthening the objective control mechanism,establishing a guarantee mechanism,improving and perfecting the evaluation mechanism,forming a boosting mechanism,and animating a self-remoulding mechanism.
