摘要
高校德育工作实施目标管理有利于增强德育工作运行机制的适应性、可靠性、系统性和科学性。高校德育工作实施目标管理的基本方法是:充分论证,科学准确地确定目标;联系实际,必须全面地展开目标;保质保量,认真地狠抓目标实施;实事求是,严密地组织目标考评。
Object management in moral educatio n work in colleges of higher learning is of benefit to making the operating mechanism of moral education adaptable,reliable,systemati c and scientific.In order to achieve this goal we can turn to the following approach es:set an object scientifically and accurately by means of ample argumen ts;develop the object on the basis of rea lity;ensure implementing of the obj ect with high quality;strictly organize the object assessment with a matter -of -fact attitude.
