摘要
民族高校德育的人性化是构建和谐校园的桥梁。德育要体现“人是主体”的思想必须使德育教学方法从灌输走向对话,实现从书本回归现实生活是德育人性化的根基,促进个性的全面和谐发展是德育的终极目标,尊重差异,关注民族文化是民族高校德育有效性的保证。
The humanization of moral education in colleges and universities for nationalities is a bridge that constructs the harmonious campus, the author deems that carrying out the change from books to actual life is foundation of moral education's humanization, promoting the comprehensive and harmonious development of humanization is ultimate aim of moral education, respecting differences and concerning for national culture is effective guarantee of moral education in colleges and universities for nationalities.
