摘要
目的 :建立痫速停胶囊的含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,HypersilBDSC18柱 (2 0 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5μm) ;流动相为乙腈 水 (40∶6 0 ) ;流速为 1ml·min-1;检测波长为 2 5 4nm。结果 :苯妥英钠和苯巴比妥分别在 15 0 .1～ 2 2 5 1.2μg·ml-1和 4 8.2～ 72 3μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 ;平均回收率分别为 10 0 .0 %及 10 0 .5 % (RSD 0 .8% ,0 .6 % )。结论 :本法简便、快速、准确。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of phenytoin sodium and phenobarbital in xiansuting capsules.Method: A C 18 column(200 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm)was used. Mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(40∶60),the flow rate was 1 ml·min -1 ;wavelength for assay was at 254 nm.Result: Phenytoin Sodium and Phenobarbital presented a good linear correlation within a arange of 150.1 ～ 2251.2 μg·ml -1 and 48.2 ～723 μg·ml -1 , r= 0.999 9 respectively.The average recovery was 100.0% and 100.5% (RSD 0.8% , 0.6% ), respectivel r= 0.999 9 .Conclusion: This method is found to be simple, rapid, and accurate.
