摘要
本文给出了特征线法和波形松弛迭代法相结合计算有耗耦合传输线的时域算法.分析研究了具有非线性终端的传输线的暂态响应。理论分析和模拟结果表明:这种方法分析简单,节省了机时和内存,是一种有效的方法。
In this paper, the transient response of high-speed digital transmission lines terminated with nonlinear networks is simulated by combining the characteristics method with the iterative waveform relaxation algorithm. The advantages of this method over other techniques are simplicity and efficiency. Simulation results show that a considerable reduction of CPU time and memory has been achieved.
