摘要
本文在直线法中引入了一种新技术,将多层介质多导体结构的各层介质等效为级联的二端口网络,介质层间导体等效为端口的电流源,从而大大简化了公式推导,方便了编程计算.在由直线法对多层介质多导体结构所作的准TEM波分析的基础上,本文利用双重波形松弛法计算了端接任意负载的多导体传输线各端口的瞬态响应,计算结果表明这种方法有收敛快、稳定可靠等优点.
A new technique is introduced into the method of lines. Every dielectric layer of a multilayered multiconductor transmission line is equivalent to a two port network, the metal strips on the dielectric interfaces are equivalent to the current sources, all these have greatly facilitated the formulation procedure and have made the coding an easier task. Based on the quasi-TEM analysis of the multilayered multiconductor transmission line, a bilevel waveform relaxation method is used to calculate the transient response on every port, the results show that this algorithm is very fast and stable.
