摘要
本文从麦氏方程出发,导出了满足平面集成传输线边界条件的一组谱域场量传输线方程,讨论了导波系统的传输模式和阻抗的统一定义。对基函数的选取,谱域计算的准确性、收敛性等问题进行了分析。最后给出了提高计算效率的几项原则。
In this paper, a set of transmission-line equations of the spectraldomain field quantities are derived from Maxwell's equations, which satisfy the boundary conditions of the planar integrated transmission-lines.The propagating modes and uniform definitions of characteristic impedance in the waveguidng structures are discussed.The choise of the basic function, numeaical accuracy and convergence are studied. Finally several rules improving the computational efficiency are given.
