摘要
用FD-TLM法对高速数字微波共面带线端接电阻及非线性终端──半导体二极管时的瞬态响应特性的模拟及分析,并提出一种适用于处理传输线结构终端吸收边界问题的简单、实用的方法。
By using finite differential-transmission line matrix (FD-TLM )method,the simulation and analysis for the transient response of coplanar-type stripline (CPS) terminated by resistance and diode,a nonlinear device,are implemented.Meanwhile a simple and feasible method,which is suitable to deal with the terminaling absorbing bound conditions of transmission line structure,is brought forward.
