摘要
本文论述了功率器件在不同环境,不同工作方式下的结温暂态响应,从而为电力电子控制系统功率器件的选择提供了理论基础。
In this paper,Junction temperature transient reponse of power devices in dif-ferent case temperature and different working mode have been discussed. So a theoreticalbase for application and selection of power derices in power electronics controle system is ad-van ced.
