摘要
为了方便地进行刀具磨损检测,特别设计了一套便携式刀具磨损检测装置,可以方便地在不拆卸刀具的条件下实现铣刀后刀面磨损量VB的测量,很适合于车间环境实现刀具耐用度模型的辨识。本实验中进行刀具耐用度模型参数辨识的方法可以成为工厂中进行刀具磨损检测的一种实用方法。
A tool wear image-capturing portable apparatus is designed to measure the flank face wear VB on a NC milling machine without taking down the tools, which can be suitable for the tool wear detecting experiment in a workshop. The method used that identifies the parameters of model for tool wear in this experiment can be a viable one for tool wear detecting in factories.
