钛合金加工刀具寿命研究技术浅析 被引量:2

Recent advances of cutting tools life prediction in titanium alloys machining

摘要 对常用及最新的钛合金加工刀具使用寿命研究技术的文献进行了综述及总结,钛合金加工过程中最常见的4类刀具磨损机理得以总结。基于后刀面磨损带宽度的刀具寿命研究方法,介绍了泰勒经验公式及可靠度研究的最新进展,并对2类方法的优缺点也进行了对比。最后,对于今后可能的发展方向进行了探讨及展望。 This paper focuses on the literature review of estimation of remaining cutting tools life in titanium alloys machining. Wear mechanisms and factors that affect tool's wear in titanium alloys machining are summarized based on the literature. Methodologies including modified Taylor's equation and reliability assessment of cutting tools life are introduced and discussed in the paper. Future developments on cutting tools life estimation are discussed as well.
