摘要
在干切削状态下,通过改变切削参数,研究了用高速钢刀具高速铣削树脂砂铸型时刀具的磨损行为,分析了刀具的磨损形态和砂型切削机理。结果表明,后刀面磨损是树脂砂铸型铣削过程中刀具的主要磨损形式,不同切削参数对刀具磨损的影响程度不同。
The wear behavior of the high-speed steel cutting tools in milling resin sand molds was studied by changing the cutting parameters in dry cutting conditions, and the wear morphology and sand cutting mechanism of tools were analyzed. The results show that the flank wear is in the dominant failure modes of tools in the process of milling resin sand molds, different cutting parameters have different influences on the wear degree of tools.
